By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms of service. If broken, you may be blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me in the future

GENERAL
Clients will receive one .PNG file of the artwork
No original files will be provided
I have a right to turn down any commission
All commissioners may remain anonymous, please let me know if this is the case
All SFW commissions will be posted publicly on my twitter, if you prefer me not to post please let me know
All NSFW commissions will be posted to my patreon, if you prefer me not to post please let me know
Without proper references, I may decline a commission or add on an additional fee
Requesting large changes to artwork after lineart is complete will be charged a fee (up to 50% of the commission price)
I will always have my signature on my artwork. You do not have the right to remove my signature from my work.

RIGHTS
I reserve the rights and copyrights to all artwork produced, ie, any artwork provided can be used in the future for examples and advertisement
My art may not be used for commercial profit (for commercial business inquiries please reach out over email)
My art may not be edited, revised, or tampered with in any way
Any art I provide for you may be used as icons, wallpapers, badges, digital stickers, may be reposted, etc - with proper credit back to my twitter account @oatmars

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at my discretion
Payment is through PayPal only (I will send you an invoice)
Payment plans are accepted on a case-by-case basis
Payment is accepted upfront and in full
If a commission has not been started, you may get a full refund
If work has begun, then client is subject to a partial refund (up to 90%) while still in the sketch phase
If lining and coloring has begun, refunds are non-negotiable
Absolutely NO REFUNDS for completed art

Furries (anthro and feral)
Light gore
Fanart
NSFW (must be 18+)
Mech/robots (this will normally come with an additional fee for complexity)

WILL NOT DRAW
Anything illegal/immoral
Transphobic/Homophobic/Racist Themes
Anything that could be considered non-consensual
